The five Concierto tiers, how to subscribe, how to buy and spend model credits, Sites subscriptions, and where to manage it all.
Concierto has five tiers. The split that matters most is where agents run and who pays the model bill. On the free tier and Connect, agents run on your own machines and you bring your own model access. On Pro and Ultra, Concierto runs a hosted runtime and includes model credits, so there is nothing else to wire up.
Billing lives in the app under Settings → Billing. Only workspace owners and admins can change a plan or buy credits; everyone else gets a read-only view (see Who can manage billing).

Prices are estimates. Stripe owns the authoritative number (currency, regional pricing, coupons). Pro and Connect are self-serve, so you can subscribe from Settings → Billing. Enterprise is sales-led: email enterprise@nstack.ai.
Free
The state every workspace starts in. It is the full product (agents, squads, autopilots, X-Ray) with agents running on your own machines via the desktop app or a self-hosted backend. You supply the AI coding tools; Concierto coordinates the work. No subscription, no credits.
Concierto Pro
Pro adds a hosted runtime: Concierto runs the agents in the cloud, so you do not need a daemon or a machine left on. On the hosted path Concierto owns and provides the whole stack (models, workers, and keys), so you never wire up a provider or reconcile a bill. You just spend credits. Each workspace gets a monthly grant of 2,000 credits, and Pro starts with a 7-day free trial (a card is required to start the trial, and you are not charged until it ends). Pro also unlocks the full catalog of curated teams and premium reviewer agents.
Founding members: the first 100 workspaces to subscribe receive a one-time 1,000-credit welcome bonus on top of the monthly grant.
Concierto Ultra
Everything in Pro, with your most critical agents — Maestro, the designers, the architect — running on the frontier flagship model, while the rest of the staff stays on the standard hosted model. The monthly grant grows to 6,000 credits per workspace to carry the flagship's higher list price. Ultra has no trial — it is the upgrade engaged teams land on once the habit is formed, and you can move between Pro and Ultra from the same Billing tab at any time.
Concierto Connect
Connect is for teams who already have model access. You bring your own provider keys (BYOK) for Anthropic, OpenAI, and others, and Concierto routes agent work through them. This is the bring-your-own path: you own the provider relationship and the usage is billed directly by your provider, while Concierto orchestrates the work. There are no Concierto credits on Connect. You add your keys under Settings → Secrets; see AI coding tools for the supported providers.
Concierto Enterprise
Deployed in your own tenant with the controls larger organizations need (SSO, audit, custom terms). Custom pricing, never self-serve. Reach out at enterprise@nstack.ai.
How to subscribe to Pro or Connect
Subscribing takes about a minute and happens through Stripe Checkout. You never leave the flow for long: after you pay, Concierto brings you straight back to the Billing tab and flips your plan to active automatically.
In the workspace, go to Settings → Billing. If you are on the free tier you will see the plan cards — Concierto Pro, Concierto Ultra, and Concierto Connect — each with its price and a one-line summary.
Click Select Concierto Pro (or Choose Concierto Ultra / Choose Concierto Connect). Concierto opens a Stripe Checkout session in the same tab. Pro starts your 7-day trial; Ultra and Connect are flat per-seat subscriptions with no trial.
Enter your card in Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe is the system of record for payment, so your card details never touch Concierto.
Stripe returns you to Settings → Billing, where Concierto reconciles the subscription and shows a confirmation toast. Your plan card now reads Active (or Trial during the Pro trial), with the renewal date and seat math.
Paid but the plan still shows pending? This happens when a payment webhook is slow. Concierto self-heals: every time you open the Billing tab it re-checks Stripe and applies whatever it finds, so a refresh is usually all it takes. You can also resume checkout from the inline prompt if you closed the Stripe tab without paying.
After you subscribe
Once active, the Billing tab shows a current plan card with:
- Seat math, an estimate of monthly cost as
members x seat price. The final invoice (with any proration or coupons) lives in Stripe. - Status and the renewal (or trial-end) date.
- Manage billing & invoices, which opens the Stripe customer portal to update your card, download invoices, or change the seat count.
- Cancel plan, which schedules the subscription to end at the period boundary. You keep access until then, and a Resume button lets you undo before it lapses.
- Switch plans (Pro to Connect or back) through the same portal.
How to purchase credits
Credits power agent work on the hosted runtime (Pro and Ultra). When you want more than the monthly grant, top up from the Credits card on Settings → Billing.
On the Credits card, click Top up credits. (Shortcuts elsewhere in the app, like the credits pill, deep-link straight to this dialog.)
Choose a pack. Each shows the credits you get and the price:

Confirm to pay. If you have a card on file, the instant top-up charges it in place and the credits land without leaving the app. Otherwise Concierto opens Stripe Checkout, then returns you to Billing. On the iOS app, top-ups go through Apple in-app purchase instead — same credits, same balance, purchased on the go.
On success, a celebration dialog confirms the credits you just added, and your balance animates up. The purchase also appears in the top-up history list on the Credits card.
Top-up credits never expire. They sit in a separate prepaid balance and are only spent after your monthly plan grant runs out, so buying ahead is safe. The plan grant refills each billing period; the top-up balance rolls over untouched.
How credits are spent
Credits are the single unit you spend to run agents on the hosted runtime. Concierto owns and provides the whole hosted stack (the models, the workers, the keys), so there are no provider bills to reconcile and nothing to wire up. You just spend credits as your agents work.
- Pro includes a 2,000-credit grant every month, enough to put a hosted squad to work without thinking about it. Ultra includes 6,000 credits — sized for the frontier flagship on the critical roles.
- Hosted agent work draws down your plan grant first, then any top-up balance.
- The monthly grant resets each billing period; topped-up credits roll over and never expire.
Credit enforcement is server-side: the backend checks your balance before it starts a hosted run, so the limit holds no matter which client you use and you can't overspend. Concierto warns you before you run out: as your remaining credits get low, a banner appears on the workspace. When both the plan grant and any top-up balance reach zero, Concierto shows an Out of credits banner and the server refuses to start new hosted agent work, with a one-click prompt to top up. Nothing is billed by surprise: starting more work waits until you top up or the next period resets the grant.
The live credit meter is an estimate that updates as agents work, and it is reconciled against your actual usage each billing period, so the balance you see tracks closely with what you have spent.
Where to see usage
Two places show where credits go:
- Settings → Billing has a live meter (used vs. monthly grant), your top-up balance, remaining credits, and recent top-ups.
- The Usage screen (
/{workspace}/usage) breaks spend down over time so you can see which work is consuming credits and plan top-ups before you hit a wall.
Concierto Connect does not use credits. Connect runs on your own provider keys, so your model usage is billed directly by your provider and Concierto never touches that bill. It just orchestrates the work. The Credits card simply notes that your usage is billed by your provider.
Concierto Sites
Publishing an artifact as a live website is part of the product; keeping it published on a paid site is its own small subscription, separate from your workspace plan:
- $30 / month per published site. Each published site carries its own subscription — it is not seat-based and does not touch your credits.
- The Sites upgrade removes the Concierto watermark, adds 1 GB of hosting, and unlocks a custom domain for that site.
- Site subscriptions are managed per site from the publish flow, on any workspace tier — including Free and Connect.
Who can manage billing
Billing actions are limited to workspace owners and admins. The server enforces this, and the UI matches it so nobody hits a dead end:
- Owners and admins see the full Billing tab: subscribe, top up, cancel, resume, and open the Stripe portal.
- Members see a read-only view: the current plan, status, renewal date, and (on Pro) a usage bar, plus a list of the workspace admins with a one-click email so the next step is a person, not a wall. Nothing on a member's screen can fire a request the server would reject.
Self-hosting without Stripe? If the backend has no Stripe key configured, billing is intentionally disabled and every workspace is treated as fully entitled. The Billing tab says so plainly rather than appearing broken.
