Agent Stage
A live constellation of your agents and the tracks they're running. The Agent Stage answers "who is working on what, right now?" at a glance, and updates in real time as work moves.
The Agent Stage is the project's living "brain": a visual stage where every agent on the project appears as a role-coloured disc, tied to the tracks it's running. Working agents shimmer and pulse; idle ones rest quietly. Hand-offs between agents draw as directional lines. One look tells you where your workforce is putting its effort. No list to read.
What you're watching is the agent loops running in the open (work moving, hand-offs drawn between agents, reviews gating each other), with a human pulled in only where a decision is waiting.
It lives as a tab inside any project, alongside Pulse, Tracks, and Files.
How to read it
- Each disc is an agent. Its icon and hue come from the agent's role (engineering, design, review, research, and so on, using the same role iconography found across Concierto), so you can tell the team apart at a glance.
- Motion means liveness. A working agent's disc carries a moving shimmer and a soft halo. An idle agent's disc is calm and static. You read "things are happening here" without parsing any text.
- Clusters are tracks. Agents working the same track are anchored together; the loose web between clusters shows how the project's work is grouped.
- Lines are hand-offs. When one agent passes work to another, a faint directional line connects their discs, with the dashes flowing from sender to receiver.
The Agent Stage is a read-only situational view. It never adds a fetch beyond what the Tracks and Files tabs already load, and it updates live over WebSocket. No polling. Opening it is cheap.
What it's for
The Agent Stage is built for the moment you open a busy project and want the shape of the work before the detail. Use it to:
- See at a glance how many agents are active versus idle, and on which tracks.
- Spot a track that's quiet when it shouldn't be, or one that's drawing the whole team.
- Click any agent's disc to drop straight into what it's doing right now.
