Pulse is a project's front page and default landing tab. Where the Agent Stage shows who is working, Pulse shows how the project is moving: the goal it's working toward, the agent runs in flight right now, the work that just shipped, and the files produced along the way. It's where the agent loops surface their results: the outcomes a goal produced once it cleared review and was certified.

What Pulse shows
- Master goal. The project's description, rendered richly: the outcome the whole project is driving toward, kept in view at the top.
- Active now. The agent runs currently in flight against this project's tracks, so you see live effort without opening each track.
- Recent outcomes. Work that just shipped or is awaiting review: the project's momentum, made legible.
- Artifacts. The files agents and members have produced across the project, gathered in one place.
Like the Agent Stage, Pulse is a read-only situational view. It adds no fetch beyond what the Tracks and Files tabs already load, and updates live over WebSocket. Opening it is cheap.
When to use it
Open Pulse when you want the state of a project in one screen (the goal, what's moving, and what's landed) before diving into individual tracks. It's the natural place to start a review, share a status link (the tab is deep-linkable via ?tab=), or simply check in on a body of work that's running mostly hands-free.
